A SaaS analytics product had grown fast and the interface showed it. New features had been added wherever there was space, making it hard for users to find what they needed.
We interviewed power users and new customers, mapped common workflows and reorganised navigation around the questions they were trying to answer. We simplified cluttered screens, improved empty states and added guided set‑up.
The product felt lighter, onboarding improved and support tickets asking “where do I find X?” dropped significantly.
