Core App is a modern Progressive Web App (PWA) for employee management that allows users to sign up either as a business or an employee. It’s built to enhance team dynamics and individual growth by combining personality insights, skill endorsements, and structured team organization.
Managing diverse teams while understanding individual strengths and personalities can be challenging. Traditional tools often lack deep insight into people dynamics and skill visibility. Businesses need smarter tools to build, track, and scale their teams—while employees seek recognition and self-awareness.
Developed by Synchro-9, Core App combines behavioral analysis with real-time team collaboration. Employees take a 119-question assessment to discover their personality type (Cool Blue, Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green) and receive a detailed report. They can add skills, request endorsements, and download personalized PDFs. Businesses, on the other hand, can create teams, assign members, and view personality insights across the organization—all in one easy-to-use, privacy-respecting PWA.
